The short version

This site is here to show you what we do and let you ask for a price. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Prices in the supply store are sample figures, not a price list. A job is priced by us in writing after we understand the work.

Using this site

By using nyventilations.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above shows when they last changed.

Online estimates

Estimates from the online estimator are rough ranges based on what you describe. They are not quotes or offers, and they do not bind either of us. Site conditions, access, existing equipment, code requirements and inspection outcomes can change the work. The final price is set in a written quote after a site assessment.

The supply store is a sample catalogue

Item numbers, prices, lead times and stock shown in the supply store are placeholders for demonstration and are marked as such on that page. They are not an offer to sell, and we are not bound by any figure shown there. Adding items to a list and sending it is a request for pricing: it does not place an order, reserve stock or create a contract.

Requests and quotes

Sending a form does not create a contract. We will reply, and any work proceeds only under a written quote or contract signed by both sides. Where those documents differ from this site, those documents control.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions. Photographs show our own past work and illustrate workmanship; they are not a promise of any particular result on your project.

Licensing and insurance

We carry the licences and insurance required for the work we perform. We will provide current certificates and licence numbers on request, and before starting work.

Our content

The text, photographs, drawings and design on this site belong to NY Ventilation Inc. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NY Ventilation Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our responsibilities under a signed contract for work we perform, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute relating to this website will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New York.
